What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, company and message.
- Job applications: your name, email address, the link you give us, your country or time zone, and your answers in the form.
- Analytics, only if you allow it: which pages are opened and whether a form was sent, through Google Analytics. What you type into a form is never sent to analytics.
Nothing is stored on the website itself. A form becomes one email to us.
Why
To answer your enquiry, to consider your application, and, if you allow analytics, to see which pages are useful. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the emails. Google provides Google Analytics. Both process data under their own data protection terms, possibly outside your country.
How long we keep it
Applications: up to 12 months after we decide on the role. Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to contact@hftarchitecture.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can turn analytics on or off at any time with “Analytics preferences” at the foot of every page.
